Do you live in District 5? Or do you ever drive down White Sands Blvd, Airport Road, or New York Ave.? Those are just a few of the high-traffic areas of District 5. Often times, District 5 is the first district our visitors see. It is vitally important that we work together to make sure that we are proud of the way our city looks. This is our home – let’s work together to revitalize District 5.

As a city commissioner, my mission is to be the voice that connects you with all the imperative information that you have the right to know. Work towards making our neighborhoods safe and offer the opportunities for creativity, diversity and mobility.

Therefore, I have received commitments from some of our community leaders to share information that they have and answer questions about code enforcement, Vacant and abandoned buildings, Mainstreet, Dudley School, the Census, Alamogordo Public Schools and more! Come with questions or just tune in and find out how you can help.

Do you have questions now that you would like answered? Feel free to submit them by emailing me at or submit them through the zoom chat.

Lastly, but certainly not least, I would like to state that the health of our citizens is of the utmost importance to me. Therefore, I have made the decision to cancel the in-person town hall meeting and instead, create this virtual meeting. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and I hope you are able to join our Zoom Meeting Saturday, March 21st
